Balmoral is located in Waterford, Queensland, which is 20 minutes from Brisbane and 30 minutes from the heart of the Gold Coast. The property is owned by Simone Kann and managed by Zoie Gray.
Simone has worked and built up the property to establish what is now an immaculate training facility. Facilities include a 20 x 60 flood lit dressage arena, a grassed show jumping arena and a cross country training paddock, as well as 22 grassed paddocks with shelters and 5 spacious stables. A dedicated team of workers, who have been trained by Simone, assist in the development of Balmoral and the horses it produces.
Elite Advanced event rider, Simone Kann, has undertaken the equestrian profession since a young age. Though in a tough and difficult sport, Simone continues to produce incredible results and beautifully schooled horses and trained pupils.
Though not known as an "Olympian", Simone has had a lot of success through out her career, with producing top international horses consistently each year, enabling her to compete and establish a high standard of riding and training.
